About this feature. Demographic estimates are aggregate only. The platform does not label individual fans by gender or age and does not store per-person classifications. Estimates have known accuracy limits, especially for non-binary presentation and across age brackets; the platform reports a margin band on every estimate. The feature is toggle-able at the venue level. Default is on for sponsor zones, off for safety-related zones (queues, gates, restrooms). The venue can disable it entirely.

Worker view
Voice on a phone. Plain English. Real Fenway geography.
The worker does not hunt through a menu. They ask the way they would ask a colleague. The system responds with a ranked list, real locations, one tap to act.

Fan view
Same intelligence, pointed at the fan.
The signal that found the long line at Loge 138 sends the fan to the short one. Helpful, not busy. One question, one answer, a nudge on timing.
Third-base concourse, exit 17. Door held open more than 90 seconds. Camera 142 confirmed.
→ Routed to facilities lead. Acknowledged 6:39 PM.
Early gate cluster OPS
Unusual density at Gate C, 40 min before scheduled open. Calm, families.
→ Routed to gate ops. Considering early soft-open.

What Signals records and what it doesn't.
Anonymous embeddings only. Signals reasons over gait, body shape, clothing color, and pose. No facial recognition runs by default. No biometric identifiers are extracted, stored, or shared.
Session-bounded gallery. The re-identification gallery (used to follow a person between cameras within a single game) resets at the final out. No cross-game tracking. No persistent identity across events.
Edge-first. Video inference runs on edge boxes inside Fenway. Footage does not leave the venue. Only metadata (counts, dwell, density, anomaly flags) crosses to the central console.
Aggregate reads. Operations dashboards and the worker app surface aggregates, not individual identities. Crowd density appears as a heat layer, not as labeled people.
Compliance. ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. SOC 2 Type II on track for completion. Designed to be defensible under Massachusetts biometric law and the MSG facial-recognition precedent.
If the venue needs different posture for a specific event (for example a private event with badged entry where opt-in identity is desired), the platform supports a per-event mode toggle. Default mode is the one above.
