SIGNALS · WHAT THIS DEMO IS

An ambient intelligence layer for live venues.
Three audiences. One platform.

Signals connects to the cameras, sensors, and access systems you already have, turns the feeds into a real-time queryable view of crowds, queues, sponsor zones, and incidents, and lets your team ask anything in plain English. This demo shows what that looks like for three people on a game day at Fenway.

Pick a view

Each one is self-contained, has its own scoped voice, and is built for the device that audience actually uses.

Operator

field staff · facilities · on a phone
Maria is on shift on Concourse A. She asks the way she'd ask a colleague, gets a ranked list with real Fenway locations, taps one to confirm.
VOICE EXAMPLES
"Which bins need attention?"
"Any spills nearby?"
"Where are the longest lines?"

Fan

in your seat · on the app
Jordan is in Section 12, first pitch in 17 minutes. The same signal that found the long line at Loge 138 sends Jordan to the short one at Gate B.
VOICE EXAMPLES
"Where's the shortest line for a sausage?"
"Closest restroom that's not crowded?"
"When does the beer line shorten?"

Privacy and governance · defaults that travel with the platform

The venue installs its own policies. Sensitive features ship off by default. Footage stays at the venue. Aggregates only.
DEFAULT ON
Anonymous embeddings
Gait, body shape, clothing, pose. No face geometry. Session-bounded gallery resets at the final out.
DEFAULT ON
Edge-first · stays local
Inference runs on edge boxes inside the venue. Only counts, density, and dwell metadata leave the edge. Footage never goes off site.
DEFAULT OFF
Facial recognition
Off by default. Opt-in per venue, per zone. Aligned with MA biometric law and the MSG precedent. Toggle anytime.
OPT-IN
Demographic estimates
Aggregate only. Zone-level. Never per-individual. Margin band shown. Sensitive zones (gates, restrooms) excluded by default.
PHASE 2
IoT + Security integrations · coming next
Same signal layer extends to building IoT (HVAC, water leaks, lighting, energy) and security (weapons detection, perimeter, after-hours access). Previews available inside Operations Command · IoT and Security tabs.
